Delivery is fully online on our platform. Your agency gets its own portal carrying its own name, its own roster, and completion documentation formatted as your agency’s record — one place to answer a records request.
Revised as your operation changes
Add a service line, revise a policy, or respond to a survey finding, and we rewrite the affected modules during the term rather than quoting it as a new engagement. The curriculum stays current for as long as the agreement runs.
